At Blackfish we have a pretty simple formula for success. Follow the below six steps and do a job that you can be proud of. That's it.
Power Clean
Cleaning the asphalt is the first and most important step prior to sealing your drive or parking lot. We use Hi-output power blowers and industrial rotating power brooms to clean the surface.
Treat Oil Spots
Prime with Sealmaster primer, which provides greater adhesion for the sealcoat to oil and gas spots.
Power-Edge
When necessary, we cut overgrown grass along blacktop. This allows the sealer to be applied to the edges of the surface, preventing weed infiltration and a manicured finish.
Hot Crack Filler
We heat rubberized tar to a liquid and then pour it into the cracks. As the filler enters the crack it conforms to the crack and seals it. This rubberized tar stays flexible and moves with the crack for years through our harsh winters. This is the same commercial grade material used to repair streets.
Sealcoating
We apply SealMaster Industrial grade, skid-resistant formula sealer that is precisely mixed onsite in specially designed agitator tanks. This ensures your driveway or parking lot will receive a consistent and durable sealer thorughout the entire job.
Barricade Access
We barricade your driveway with banner tape for 24-48 hours that can be disposed of after proper drying time.
